You will also derive benefits from our rotation planning scheme wherein a pool of officers and ratings is created for your ship specifically or in conjunction with a group of other similar vessels. This means you will mostly get the same group of officers and ratings returning to your ship…bringing with them accumulated experience and knowledge of what you as their Manager or Owner want.

Or if you prefer, we can create a pool with your own preferred team of shipowners, perhaps with the same types of vessels. You tell us…we will act to meet your needs.
